摘要:
以肝脏软组织为研究对象,给出了采用CT数据文件和Mimics、GeomagicStudio12构建几何模型的方法,研究了超弹性与粘弹性模型的特点以及应力变化特性。在此基础上提出了两种材料的并联复合模型——超粘弹性模型;同时,针对不同的模型,采用ANSYS软件对手术针穿刺肝脏软组织进行了有限元分析。仿真实验证明,多种材料的并联复合软组织结构模型更符合实际应力特性,整个穿刺过程主导特性依次为“超弹性-粘弹性-超弹性”。通过对比试验发现,该复合模型比单个模型更符合实际效果,有效地提高了虚拟手术软组织建模的精度。
